He possesses a very sharp acumen in auditing, executing M&A deal, undertaking due diligence and identifying takeovers opportunities. His deep understanding of the financial and capital markets strengthens his professional expertise.

Mr. Sumit Gupta is a fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & is an honours graduate in commerce from St. Xavier's College. He has cleared CA in November 2017. He has been associated with V2RS since then as a consultant & member of the core group . This young & dynamic Chartered Accountant has experience in the field of Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Taxation and Consultancy Services.

Monika Agarwal is Qualified Company Secretary (CS) who ensures that a company complies with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements which includes managing corporate records, advising the board of directors, and overseeing compliance with statutory obligations. With her 8 years of experience she has honed her expertise in legal matters, corporate governance, compliance, and financial reporting, enabling to provide strategic advice and ensure smooth corporate operations.

A CA by profession having experience of more than 25 years .Has done a pilot project of protected farming and open farming for client as consultant for the last 3 years. Have since forayed into agri field for clients and self.

Mrs. Khusboo Bansal, is a seasoned FCA with a formidable 15 yrs. tenure in the profession. Her expertise encompasses intricate GST appeal drafting & handling Litigations (including arctophile service tax) & strategic Management of IBC Assignments. Her meanced understanding of internal Audits with the manufacturing & Pharma Sectors, excelling as an astute IBT consultant. her Proficiency extended in conducting rigours due diligence & facilitating complex TP mechanism, supplementing her acumen in conventional audit practices.
